Returns & Refunds Policy

This policy applies to purchases made on analogueimage.shop and is offered by Analogue Image Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales.
Your statutory rights: For goods that are faulty, misdescribed or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. For distance (online) purchases, you may also have a 14-day right to cancel from the day after delivery (exclusions apply).

1. Change-of-Mind Returns (30 days)
• You may return unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
• Items must be in original condition and packaging with all accessories.
• Excluded: bespoke/personalised items; sealed items opened for hygiene/safety; downloadable/consumable codes.

2. Faulty or Misdescribed Items
• Please contact us promptly with your order number and a description of the fault.
• We will provide a repair, replacement, or refund in line with your legal rights.
• Where confirmed, we will cover reasonable return shipping.

3. How to Start a Return
• Email info(at)analogueimage.shop with your order number and reason for return.
• We’ll issue a Return Authorisation and instructions.
• Package goods securely. Until received by us, items remain your responsibility.

4. Refunds
• Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the item (or proof of return).
• Original shipping is refunded for faulty/misdescribed items; for change-of-mind returns, original shipping is not refunded.
• If items are returned used, incomplete, or damaged (beyond reasonable handling), we may deduct an appropriate amount.

5. Exchanges
• Where stock permits, we can exchange like-for-like items. Otherwise, a refund will be issued.
